This is a full-time on-site role for a Donor Relations Manager based in Wheeling, WV. The Donor Relations Manager will oversee donor engagement and relationship management, manage the annual giving program, and lead fundraising campaigns to ensure the financial growth and sustainability of the organization. The individual will develop and maintain effective communication with donors, coordinate donor appreciation efforts, and manage donor databases. Additional responsibilities include project management, identifying new opportunities for philanthropic support, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance community support.
- Experience in Donor Relations and Donor Management
- Proficiency in Annual Giving and Philanthropy strategies
- Strong background in Project Management to efficiently plan and implement donor-related initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, staff, and community stakeholders
- Familiarity with donor database systems and data management
- A bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
