Required Skills/Abilities:
· Capable of servicing the upkeep and minor/moderate mechanical repair of agency equipment, appliances, and vehicles
· Set up and take down at agency events
· Lawn care
Job Summary: Responsible for repairs and general maintenance of all buildings, grounds and equipment associated within the agency. Works under general supervision with some latitude in organizing and completing assigned tasks. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.

· Knowledgeable of basic concepts, practices, and procedures associated with performing the job
· Capable of servicing the upkeep and repair of agency equipment, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, etc.
· Capable of performing basic repairs and maintenance not requiring certifications
· Capable of operating machinery/tools relevant to the job
· Capable of heavy work
· Valid Driver's License
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good, punctual attendance
Education and Experience:
Requires a high school diploma/G.E.D. or 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area. Must have a valid driver’s license
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
