Clinical Supervisor
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth? Youth Outreach Services is looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team!
Salary: $65,000 – $71,000 (based on experience)
Location: Chicago, IL 60634 - Austin & Central
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Do as a Clinical Supervisor:
- Provide clinical supervision, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Oversee program implementation, evaluation, and compliance with contracts.
- Develop relationships within the community and secure referral sources.
- Support staff in providing clinical supervision for individual, group, and family counseling.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
What You Need to Be a Clinical Supervisor:
- Master’s degree in a related field (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required)
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents
- A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (proof of insurance required)
