- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned regions and facilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review applications, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate screenings
- Conduct high-volume interviews (up to 8–10 per day, ~20 minutes each)
- Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes
- Track and report recruiting metrics and hiring progress to leadership
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- OR 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience (with degree)
- 5 years of Healthcare Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Experience Preferred
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate management
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, EEOC, and employment laws
- Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (BambooHR preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
- Experience supporting multiple locations or regions preferred
