As a Case Manager, you will maintain the Youth Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County. You'll provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.

This Position:
We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above.
We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and has knowledge of how to access community resources.
Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $19/hour.
