This Position:
We are looking for our next Sr. Director of Early Learning and Family Well Being. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. This position will provide leadership to the education, health, nutrition and family engagement components of an early childhood program. In addition, this roles serves as the senior leader for two large early childhood centers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), Missouri Licensing Regulations for early childhood centers, and have deep knowledge of early childhood systems at the local, state, and federal levels. A strong understanding of infant/toddler development, prenatal supports, and family engagement practices is required. Must be able to navigate Microsoft office products and program specific software.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education or a related human services field. Experience overseeing or managing center-based early learning programs, preferably in both school- and community-based settings. Proven experience in program development, people management, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and systems-level oversight. Must demonstrate a commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive leadership.
Ability to be CPR certified and acquire a Class E License is required.

This is a salaried position with pay starting in the $80,000 / year range
