Director, Chapter Advancement

Youth For Christ USA Inc.
Colorado, CO Full Time
POSTED ON 9/1/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/30/2026

Mobilizer, advancement, collaboration, and execution are four words that define this role. The Director of Chapters plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of YFC by leading the implementation of The Movement Strategic Plan and supporting the growth and health of more than 110 chapters across the United States.

Working through a team of dedicated primary stewards and subject-matter experts serving as secondary stewards, the Director of Chapters mobilizes people and resources around a shared vision for growth. This role requires strong spiritual and organizational leadership, with the ability to lead through influence, build alignment, and work effectively through and with others. Strong communication, management, listening, and relational skills are essential.

The Director of Chapters must hold grace and strength in healthy tension—demonstrating the humility and care needed to serve chapter leaders while also providing the clarity, courage, and galvanizing leadership necessary to advance mission growth. The role works alongside approximately 110 independently led chapters, their Executive Directors, and their boards to create alignment, inspire action, and move the Movement toward its strategic goals.

The Director of Chapters will build and lead a team that embodies YFC’s Cultural Attributes: Christ-centered, enduring humility, relentless trust, courageous faithfulness, joyful camaraderie, and kingdom-inspired diversity.
