Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Salary Range: $74,800-$84,100
Reports To: Assistant Clinical Director
Summary: Under supervision, lead and supervise staff and/or assigned program activities. This is a supervisory and clinical position.
Essential Functions:
- Handle the performance and talent development of a specific team.
- Provide team leadership.
- Provide feedback and conduct reviews on productivity, documentation, and other measures of performance.
- Develop staff, fostering clinical competencies and professional development.
- Review and approve timesheets and time-off requests, ensuring appropriate staffing of programs and client care.
- Provide supervision to assigned staff.
- Assure delivery of quality services.
- Deliver clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff and interns.
- Review and sign off on assessments and treatment plans.
- Support case assignments, balancing clinician caseloads.
- Provide consultation for clinical emergencies and complex cases.
- Lead a clinical consultation group.
- Participate in the supervisory team.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement.
- Support organizational goals.
- Assist with clinician onboarding and offboarding.
- Support Site Director in ensuring a high-quality culture of belonging, accountability and clear expectations; both within the site and agency wide.
- Provide direct services in alignment with essential functions of a Clinical Therapist. Caseload depends on the number of supervisees.
Other Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage self (aware of impact on other people and ability to regulate to maintain professional demeanor, knowledge of personal triggers and ability to manage them, maintain work/life balance, use outside resources and therapy when appropriate).
- Maintain professional and neutral workspace in accordance with YFC policies.
- Demonstrate professional communication that upholds YFC values with management, board, staff and peers including the timely communication for time both in and out of office, including vacations, holidays, illness, conferences, or personal commitments.
- With supervisor, set goals for professional development and participate in quarterly check-ins.
- Use supervision for supervisory development and support, clinical conceptualization, management of self, and addressing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings and at least one Clinical Learning Group per week, deliver case presentations when requested/appropriate.
- Modeling expected behavior as noted above for their supervisees.
- Support credentialing and empanelment efforts.
- Participate in organizational planning and clinical team/skill development.
- Support fundraising efforts and activities:
- Attendance at fundraising and outreach events when requested.
- Share stories.
- Provide data as requested for reports.
- Act in accordance with YFC goals and values, including building trust, acting with integrity, and treating both clients and co-workers with respect.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- License to practice independently (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD)
- Minimum two years' experience in an outpatient setting.
- Experience providing supervision preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Work on-site and for a minimum of 2 evenings/week
