Advance Clinical Services is a growing multi-site outpatient behavioral health group practice serving southeastern Wisconsin, with locations in Kenosha and Racine/Mount Pleasant. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a Clinical Site Supervisor to lead clinical quality, develop our team of clinicians, and help build their site into a thriving practice.

Position Summary

The Clinical Site Supervisor is a licensed clinician who carries a focused caseload while providing clinical supervision, documentation oversight, and leadership at their home site. This role is designed for an experienced therapist ready to step into leadership — with compensation built to reward both clinical work and site growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Care
• Maintain a personal caseload of up to 60 sessions per month (65 maximum), providing direct client care and follow-up
• Guide clinicians in assessing clients' mental health, developing suitable treatment plans, planning for crises, coordinating services, and making appropriate referrals
• Clinical Supervision
• Provide licensed supervision for up to 10 in-training clinicians and interns (supervisee roster reviewed and confirmed quarterly; fully licensed therapists are not included)
• Conduct weekly 2-hour group supervision (mandatory at Racine; optional at Kenosha)
• Review and co-sign all supervisee progress notes, treatment plans, and documentation within 72 hours; ensure required edits are completed
• Ensure all clinicians maintain accurate records, calendars, and documentation that meet payer and regulatory standards

Leadership & Development

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and motivate mental health practitioners at the site
• Provide behavioral health consultation, including development of mental health and health education materials, delivered through group trainings or individual coaching as directed
• Equip clinicians with practical tools and clinical interventions
• Conduct staff meetings to review treatment planning and facility policies

Operations & Communication

• Attend weekly update meeting with the CEO and monthly update meeting with the COO
• Ensure the facility meets safety regulations; communicate facility-related issues to the COO
• Collect and process mail at the home clinic

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision to in-training clinicians under Wisconsin requirements
• Minimum [3–5] years of post-licensure clinical experience; prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of insurance/payer compliance
• Leadership presence: able to coach, hold standards, and develop early-career clinicians
• Malpractice coverage appropriate to supervisory scope (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation

• 62% of personal collections
• $150 per supervisee per month supervision stipend (tied to quarterly-confirmed roster and current co-signature status)
• Hiring & development bonuses: $400 per new hire reaching profitability within 90 days, plus $300 when that hire reaches 6 months of employment
• Site growth bonus: 4% of monthly site profit above breakeven
• Realistic year-one earnings: $75,000–$82,000, with growth potential beyond $90,000 as the site builds
