Facilitator

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: The primary responsibility of the NV Facilitator will be responsible for running groups sessions for evidence-based curriculum or workshops as needed in the community, referring authorities’ centers, or office settings.

• Based on the selected curriculum, develop content and activities for group facilitation
• Facilitate weekly group classes following the schedule established for the program.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience preferred that is related to selected instructional topics
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus but not required.
