We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative manager to join our team. As an administrative manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Alameda County Program ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a key leadership role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Status: Part Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager will provide office support for all aspects of our Alameda County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the primary office support including acting as office receptionist, prepare weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- The individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Applicants should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Work, Excel, Publisher, Etc.).
- Should have the ability to work well with others, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Starting Hourly Rate: $20 per hour.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Previous office and/or Administrative experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 is required; experience using other database systems is a plus. Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Some understanding of insurance and third party billing helpful.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is preferred but not required.
- Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage.
