Your Vibe Marketing (YVM) is a digital marketing and association-management agency focused on accelerating business growth. We partner with our clients to strengthen their brand, expand their reach, and build effective marketing systems that scale.


We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Business Development Specialist to support our clients and help grow our agency.

This is a part-time, contract position with flexible hours and opportunities for growth and performance-based compensation.


Position Overview

The Account Manager & Business Development Specialist will work closely with clients and the YVM team to design, implement, and manage marketing strategies across social media, content creation, digital marketing, and community engagement.

This person will also help lead our creative team, guiding the team in developing high-quality content, ensuring brand consistency, and keeping projects on track.

This role combines client management, creative leadership, and new business development, perfect for someone who is organized, creative, relationship-driven, and excited to be part of a growing agency.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead and oversee the creative team, ensuring content concepts, drafts, and deliverables meet client expectations and YVM brand standards.
  • Support marketing strategy execution across social media, newsletters, websites, blogs, and digital platforms.
  • Assist with content creation, editing, scheduling, and analytics reporting.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide light event management support, including prep, on-site participation, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the founder on strategy, planning, and client experience.


Creative Leadership

  • Guide the team through brainstorming, content production, scheduling, and review.
  • Provide creative direction for campaigns, videos, graphics, and social media content.
  • Uphold brand consistency for YVM and all clients.
  • Bring new ideas, trends, and best practices to improve content quality and engagement.


Business Development

  • Foster new client relationships locally and nationwide.
  • Attend networking events, community events, and industry functions as a YVM representative.
  • Conduct outbound communication to generate new leads and partnerships.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our workflow.
  • Participate in high-level discussions to shape growth strategies for the agency.


Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with an understanding of marketing and social media trends.
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable representing the agency publicly.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, and scheduling tools.
  • Light event management skills.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a creative environment


Position Details

  • Compensation: Base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses for new business brought in
