- Verify and process provider schedules, ensuring all visits are properly recorded and compliant with agency policies
- Assist with data entry, maintaining organized records of client information, service logs, and visit documentation
- Support communication between healthcare providers, clients, and families to confirm appointments and clarify visit details
- Monitor EVV system alerts for missed or incomplete visits and follow up to resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information in accordance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of documentation and adherence to program guidelines
