What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVV Clerk position at Yours Truly Provider Home Care?
Must have experience using Vesta system and understand it fully.
Job Qualifications:
- Two years experience in health care setting is preferred.
- One year in home health preferred.
- One year Vesta experience REQUIRED.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate typing ability.
- Demonstrates human resources job responsibilities.
- Must have skills in problem-solving/interpersonal communication.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish
Responsibilities: Involve but not limited to
- Must have knowledge and be able to explain the procedures of using the EVV system to attendants and clients in a language they understand if asked or as directed by the administrator.
- Promote, review, and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of attendants calling in and out.
- Deploys correct tokens as applicable and explains the processes.
- Must stay updated of all EVV changes as per HHSC/HMO’s.
- Ensure client services are delivered in full compliance with the HHSC/HMO’s regulations, contract standards, and agency policy and procedures.
- Must monitor calls daily to not disrupt the billing process.
- Ensure appropriate and updated reason codes are being utilized.
- Ensure client census is always current/accurate.
- Assists in preparing payroll twice monthly, if directed by the administrator.
- Receive and act to resolve complaints made by clients/families regarding the EVV processes.
- Knowledge of computers (word, excel, PowerPoint software).
- Utilizes time management to complete assigned tasks.
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
