YourGreenhouses is now hiring Sales Reps to handle a steady flow of high-intent inbound leads. We sell premium greenhouses with an average order value of $6,000 to customers who are already interested, no cold calling or guesswork required. The pipeline is full, the opportunity is real, and we’re looking for driven sales professionals who know how to close. .
You will step into a live pipeline of opportunities and take ownership of three key areas:
1. Reactivate & Close Backlogged Leads
You’ll begin by working through 1,500 dormant but qualified leads that require follow-up. Many are still viable.
This stage serves as your ramp-up and evaluation period, your performance here will determine long-term opportunity and advancement.
2. Work Active Warm Leads
After backlog completion, you’ll transition into:
- Abandoned checkouts
- Survey responses
- Social media inquiries
- Direct inbound requests
These are high-intent buyers. Strong reps regularly achieve high conversion rates in this segment through speed, follow-up, and effective closing.
3. Build Toward Leadership (Optional Path)
Top performers will have the opportunity to move into a Sales Manager role, overseeing reps and earning performance-based revenue share.
Compensation
- $100 per closed sale (average order value: $6,000)
- High earning potential based on volume
- No cap on commissions
Sales Manager Path (Top Performers Only):
- Base revenue share
- Target earnings: $10,000 /month
- Scales with team production and company growth
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably phone sales, B2C / B2Bclosing, D2D, home services, insurance, or other high-volume environments
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone or in direct conversations
- Experience working with inbound leads, warm leads, or lead follow-up systems (CRM experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and overcome objections
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with daily accountability
- Ability to self-manage call volume, follow-up cadence, and pipeline activity without supervision
- Strong persistence and resilience when working older or unresponsive leads
- A results-first mindset focused on closing, not just conversations
