We are now hiring driven sales professionals to work a warm pipeline of high-intent inbound leads.
Average order value is $6,000, customers come to us already interested. No cold calling, no guesswork, no hunting for your own leads.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of a consistent flow of warm leads across abandoned checkouts, survey responses, social media inquiries, and direct inbound requests.
Expect a clean pipeline with structured follow-up built in. You'll work inside a structured CRM with lead routing, SMS follow-up, and call tracking already set up.
Your job: have real conversations, understand what each customer actually needs, and guide them to the right greenhouse.

You're a natural on the phone. You make people feel heard quickly, then lead the conversation with confidence.
You don't wait on leads, you follow up the same day, every time. You've been a top performer before and you know the difference between activity and results.
You thrive here if you:
Have 1-3 years in phone sales - B2C/B2B, home services, insurance, or similar high-volume environments
Can build genuine rapport fast while keeping the sale moving forward
Respond to leads within minutes, not hours. Speed is your default.
Are self-managed and accountable without needing daily direction
Think in terms of conversion rate, not just call volume
Compensation
Tiered base commission that scales meaningfully as you hit revenue milestones, your comp doubles when you reach them. Our top reps are closing $30,000 in revenue per day. Full structure shared on the call.
