Warehouse Auction Lead

Your Turn LLC is seeking a driven Warehouse Auction Lead to oversee and grow our weekly consignment auction program. This independent contractor role manages lot creation, photography, catalog listings, and buyer pickups, while also focusing on sourcing quality consignments and expanding the service line.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead weekly auction process from intake through pickup.

· Grow number of quality consignor items weekly (starting with 20–30 items).

· Oversee consignor intake and determine item suitability.

· Build and organize auction lots; stage items for listing.

· Photograph items and create accurate, clear descriptions.

· Manage weekly auction schedule and ensure timely catalog completion.

· Oversee buyer pickups and ensure professional customer experience.

· Build consignor relationships and help expand the service line.

Compensation Structure (100% Commission):

· Task-Based Pay: $50–$200 per auction (varies by duties performed).

· 4% of Gross Sales revenue.

· $0.55 per Lot created.

· 3% New Business Bonus for consignors you bring in.

Requirements:

· Experience in auctions, consignment, or estate sales preferred.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

· Reliable transportation (Twin Cities metro area).

· Flexible weekly schedule including evenings/weekends.

· 1099 Contractor role.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
