Your Turn LLC is seeking an energetic and self-motivated New Lead Sales Representative to generate and close new business opportunities. This independent contractor role focuses on building connections, meeting with prospective clients, and securing signed contracts. Earnings are commission-based, with multiple opportunities to earn bonuses at each stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver clear explanations of Your Turn LLC’s services.
- Schedule and attend onsite meetings with prospective clients.
- Guide prospects through the process to signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and signed agreements.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Compensation (100% Commission):
- Earn bonuses for each stage of the sales process — from the first connection through the signed contract.
- Additional sales commission on the total revenue generated from new clients.
- High-performing sales reps can earn $500-$1200 dollars per lead when bonuses and commissions are combined.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (B2B or services sales ideal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Reliable transportation for onsite meetings in the Twin Cities metro area.
- 1099 Contractor — must be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
