Yard Maintenance Laborer for Rental Properties
Join our well-established, 32-year-old rental property business. We’re hiring experienced yard maintenance workers to help keep properties in top condition. Must have a truck and preferably a trailer, and all tools for job.
Jobs are in surrounding cities of Corvallis; Salem, Albany, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Etc.
Responsibilities:
- Chainsaw work and trimming trees
- Weed whipping and mowing
- Cutting and maintaining blackberry bushes
- Removing lawn debris and property cleanup
- Ensuring yard and property is in perfect condition
Requirements:
- Experience in yard maintenance
- Necessary tools for the job (mower, trimmer, weed whipper, etc)
-Truck and trailer ( must be able to haul debris to dump)
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
