What You'll Do

Lead our team

• Coach, motivate, and support our cleaning technicians so they can do their best work every day.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Help employees succeed through coaching, feedback, and problem solving.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Build lasting relationships with our customers through exceptional communication and service.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and scheduling requests by phone, email, and text.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while creating positive outcomes for everyone involved.
• Create estimates, present service options, and close new sales with confidence.

Drive Operations

• Coordinate daily residential and commercial cleaning schedules.
• Make scheduling adjustments and operational decisions throughout the day.
• Keep technicians informed and supported while they are in the field.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and efficiency as the company grows.

Measure Success

• Track key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Review reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report directly to the owner on company performance.
• Help implement strategies that support continued growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Leadership or management experience
• Sales and customer service experience
• Operations or office management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience tracking KPIs and business performance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or scheduling software
• A desire to continually learn and improve

Experience in the cleaning or home service industry is a plus but not required.
