Job descriptionYour Financial Alternative, a boutique entertainment business management firm, is seeking an Assistant Account Manager (Bookkeeper) to join our team in our BEVERLY HILLS and ENCINO office.Overview of Role: The primary responsibility of this role is managing client's payables and receivables to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate.YFA is looking to fill this position January 05, 2026.Responsibilities:Accounts payableAccounts receivableEnsuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivablesMaintain each clients payable listBank reconciliationsJournal entry postingCash Flow statement preparationCredit Card Download and codingWeekly reportingOther duties, as assignedMaintain and demonstrate overall technical proficiency with all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:Successfully pass the YFA Bookkeeping test. 3 years of experience in managing account payables and receivablesExcellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)Sense of urgencyKeen eye for detailsAbility to quickly shift gears without losing focusExperience with AGILLINK is highly recommended, however YFA will train the right candidate.Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Salary is based on experience.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
