We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
DUTIES
Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and demonstrate product features - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively - Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and providing accurate change - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Familiarity with CBD sales is advantageous - Ability to conduct product demos to showcase benefits - Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
