We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently
- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to ensure proper horticultural care and pest management
- Install and repair irrigation systems to maintain optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants while minimizing environmental impact
- Maintain safety procedures at all times during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, and horticulture principles
- Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and groundskeeping machinery
- Understanding of safety protocols related to pesticide management, equipment operation, and outdoor work environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
