We are actively hiring Trailer & Equipment Sales Consultants/Sales Representatives at our Young Truck and Trailer location in Kaysville. If you’re motivated, confident, and interested in building a career in sales, this is a great opportunity to get started in a structured and balanced sales environment. Our team operates on a consistent 9–6 schedule, offering a predictable work-life balance. You’ll work with customers in a straightforward, needs-based sales process. Whether you’re new to sales or have some experience, we’re looking for individuals with drive, confidence, and a strong work ethic. We provide paid training and ongoing support through our internal training team, the Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities:- Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
