Position Summary
General Function: Responsible scanning, opening AP invoice mail. Assist with all PaperSave Workflow invoice entry information. Assist with all Auto Pay and pending approval invoice Data Entry. Back up data entry of PO invoices. Assist with maintenance of accounting records, handle shipping, metro mail and mailed AP checks.

Review all check stubs and make folders

Pull and re-file backups for AP team as needed

Assist in pulling backups for all Audits when needed (GL)

Preparer PaperSave Workflow invoice entry of all invoice information for AP to Audit before forwarding to Centers

Data Entry of all regular pending invoices

Work as a team at all times

Assist Accounts Payable Manager as needed.

Assist with what’s needed in AP department

Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: High school diploma preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field preferred.
- SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire others, handle multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across departments; proficiency in Microsoft Office and member management systems.
- RELATED EXPERIENCE: 1–2 years of experience in Accounting Services preferred.

- You must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
