Job Description
We are seeking responsible and enthusiastic Before and After School Counselors for the 2026-2027 school year in Millbrook, AL. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment before and after school hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children during before and after school programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities and games.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Genuine love for working with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
