We are actively hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to join our team at our Young Powersports Idaho Falls location. If you’re an experienced motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician looking to work in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, modern shop environment diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level)
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level)
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
