We are actively hiring Powersports Sales Consultants / Sales Representatives at our Young Powersports Idaho Falls location. If you’re passionate about powersports, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing units that best fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience
Qualifications:
- Must be a Powersports Enthusiast
- Previous experience in powersports sales or retail is a huge plus, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
