Role Description This is a part-time, on-site After School Staff role located in Charlotte, NC. The After School Staff member supports children during after-school hours by supervising activities, assisting with homework, and guiding enrichment experiences in reading, writing, science, and math. Daily tasks include implementing age-appropriate learning activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and promoting positive behavior and social interactions. The role also involves preparing materials, setting up and cleaning activity spaces, communicating with families and colleagues, and following center policies and procedures.
