Young Blood Beer Company is an award-winning, boundary-pushing microbrewery holding it down on King Street in downtown Madison, just steps from the Capitol, and we’re growing. With our new DeForest spot coming online in May. We’re building a kitchen team that hits just as hard as our beer.

We’re not here to play it safe. And neither are you.

So what are we looking for?

• Provide our guests with that vacation vibe, creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone.
• Be able to run food and beverages to our tap room guests about our food and beverage offerings while assessing their preferences to get them into the perfect beer.
• Ability to work swiftly on your feet for several hours at a time and lift 40 lb while running food to customers and clearing tables of glass and waste
• Cleanliness, proper sanitation, and organization aren't just items on a checklist, but necessary for long-term success.
• Knowing when a guest has had too many and can handle all customer interactions appropriately.
• Ability to properly ID guests consuming alcoholic and THC beverages.

Job Requirments:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work more than one shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, etc., for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Wage Range: This is a new tipped position that pays $10/hr plus tips. Our Hospitality Experts should expect to earn $10 and $30 per hour in addition to their hourly wage.
