Responsibilities
Sales BDC Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads
- phone inquiries
- and online chats to generate sales appointments.
- Follow up with potential customers using CRM tools to maintain engagement and increase conversion.
- Coordinate appointments with the Sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new models
- promotions
- and incentives.
- Support outbound campaigns to previous customers
- lease-end clients
- and unsold leads.
Service BDC Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and manage inbound service calls professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups on declined services
- missed appointments
- and recommended maintenance.
- Provide customers with helpful information regarding service intervals
- recalls
- and repair timelines.
- Communicate with the Service Advisors and customer to ensure accurate updates and expectations.
- Assist with service-related outbound campaigns such as maintenance reminders and overdue service outreach.
Qualifications
- Previous BDC
- customer service
- or call center experience preferred (automotive industry a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with phone-heavy
- fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM systems
- scheduling tools
- or dealership software is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
