Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries/ appointment scheduling and follow-up communication to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm test drives/sales meetings and customer consultations. Ensure all customer appointments are kept up-to-date and properly coordinated.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer emails/phone calls and messages promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and relay customer inquiries to the sales team
- Sales Tracking: Help manage sales CRM and ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked.
- Marketing & Promotion Assistance: Assist in preparing promotional materials/ social media posts and email campaigns. Help with dealership events (planning and coordination) and promotions.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up to date with current vehicle models/features and promotions to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills/attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent communication skills
- (both verbal and written). Proficient with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Customer Focus: Friendly approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Automotive Interest: A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about various vehicle models/features and specifications.
Salary : $20 - $25
