Young Powersports of Morgan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Technician to join our team. As a Lot Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our inventory lot. Your responsibilities will include ensuring units are clean, presentable, and ready for display or delivery to customers. Additionally, you will assist with general lot organization, unit movement, and supporting the sales and service teams as needed.

Responsibilities
- Keeps new/used unit lots neat and orderly
- Moves units as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
- Assists with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed
- Picks up units from and delivers units to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
Qualifications
- History of excellent attendance and work performance
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence and memos
- Attention to detail
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Valid Driver's License (good driving record required)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
