Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP / Resident / Supervisee)
You-Turn Residential is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Resident in Counseling, or Supervisee in Social Work to support our crisis and stabilization programs. We welcome new clinicians and will provide training. If you are reliable, willing to learn, and able to provide quality clinical services, you will be a great fit. We are specifically seeking someone with weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Complete mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
- Review charts and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff
- Participate in treatment planning as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
Requirements
- LMHP, Resident in Counseling, or Supervisee in Social Work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow clinical and documentation standards
- Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience running groups
- Familiarity with crisis work or community mental health
(Not required — training is provided.)
Compensation
- Pay varies based on license level and role
