Role Description
The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. In this role, you will support the sales team with administrative tasks, coordinate client communications, and maintain sales records. You will assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports, as well as manage event logistics and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- College degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic and professionally passionate with excellent customer service
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization and computer skill
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HTML and Photoshop
- Experience with Opera, Delphi, or other PMS/CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to maintain positive and professional demeanor while working under pressure
- Solid computer skills including internet, IM, email, OPERA, SynXis CRS, Microsoft Word & Excel
