About the Role

Responsibilities



  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products that best fit their business.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.


Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required.
  • Experience in the wholesale trade, distribution, or consumer products industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, competitive drive, and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
