We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by actively engaging with potential customers over the phone.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling outbound and inbound prospects, while informing them about Elevated Remodeling's services and offerings. You will utilize your excellent communication and persuasive skills to build relationships and drive interest in our remodeling projects. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with a team.

What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales Agent you will report to the Regional Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for appointment generation. Your main focus will be setting up free estimates from inbound and outbound lead sources. This list of prospects will be provided by Elevated. Throughout your career at Elevated, there are multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, transferring to other departments or becoming a remodeling consultant within our sales department.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Daily telephone interaction with our database of prospects
- Generation of appointments for our outside sales department
- Ongoing department meetings and training
