About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to build a market from the ground up while leveraging your existing network and expanding it as our national footprint continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- 3 years of behavioral health business development experience
- Based in or very near Nashville, TN
- A well-established book of business with long-term referral relationships that can successfully transition to a new organization
- Demonstrated success developing referrals from hospitals, healthcare providers, private clinicians, community partners, and other organic sources
- Experience marketing out-of-network (OON) behavioral health services is highly preferred
- Existing multi-state referral relationships and a strong understanding of creating long-term reciprocal partnerships
- Confident building relationships in any setting—from private practice offices to emergency departments to networking alongside top-performing behavioral health professionals
Qualifications
3 years of behavioral health business development experience
