Brief Description / Position Summary

Yorkville High School is looking for a Head Freshman Boys Volleyball Coach for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Description

• Works within the given budget and keeps accurate records of the monies used and received Follows fundraising procedures according to District policies
• Encourages student participants throughout the school year in order to keep an active sport/club Requests room space for meetings and events
• Manages and supervises the use of facilities during activities and events
• Ensures that students have a way to get home and remains present until the last student is released Promotes and publicizes meetings and events
• Assists in the inventory and storing of any materials and equipment at the conclusion of the season Engages students in community service activities
• Maintains positive relationships with students and interacts with students and adults in a respectful manner Collaborates with administration to maintain the vision of the Strategic Goals and purpose of the activity
• Uses appropriate channels to resolve concerns and problems
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient functioning of the sport Completes all training and certification required by the District
• Maintains attendance records for club meetings and events
• Responsible for transporting student-athletes to and from athletic contests
• Other duties as required
  
  

Stipend: Stipend range: $5,710 - $9,568 - DOQ
