Our Care Access Patient Concierge is responsible for greeting patients and assisting with questions or concerns, creating pre-registration accounts for all new and established patients, verify, collect and update required information. We have a part-time at our York Hospital location.
High School or higher education, and one year customer service needed. Knowledge of medical terminology, prior phone customer service or bookkeeping experience recommended.
