We’re thrilled to share that FitnessWorx/York Physical Therapy will soon be part of York General—and we’re so excited to have you on board!
This application is ONLY for CURRENT FitnessWorx/York Physical Therapy employees.
As part of this transition, we’ll be creating a personnel file for every York Medical Clinic employee. This will include:

A completed application

A signed offer letter

Completed background checks

A pre-screen appointment (including a urinalysis drug screen and a Quantiferon blood draw for tuberculosis)
