What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled services and corrective repairs on conveyor systems to sustain top performance.
- Find, diagnose, and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
- Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned stops.
- Work closely with peers to drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
- Log maintenance work, parts usage, and findings with thorough documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a culture of zero incidents.
- Assist with installing new conveyor lines and implementing upgrades.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with conveyor maintenance or comparable mechanical roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently when needed.
- Familiarity with mechanical assemblies and basic electrical systems.
- Effective communicator and reliable teammate.
- Capable of lifting heavy items and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as required.
