Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Escrow Closer to join our dedicated team in facilitating smooth and efficient real estate transactions. As an Escrow Closer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of the escrow process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and delivering exceptional service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. Your expertise will help guarantee that property transfers are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with contractual obligations. Duties

• Manage the entire escrow closing process from receipt of instructions through final disbursement of funds, ensuring all steps adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
• Review and verify loan documents, contracts, title reports, and other pertinent paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and borrowers to facilitate seamless communication and document exchange.
• Prepare closing disclosures in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and ensure all disclosures are accurate and delivered on time.
• Draft and review contracts related to mortgage agreements, escrow instructions, and other legal documents with clarity and attention to detail.
• Perform loan processing tasks such as verifying borrower information, calculating figures accurately using basic math skills, and preparing necessary documentation for closing.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, correspondence, and compliance documentation for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations and 10-key typing for accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of banking procedures related to escrow accounts and fund disbursement protocols.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, lenders, realtors.
• Ability to interpret contracts clearly while adhering to legal standards.
