What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Marketing Intern (Beauty Industry, TikTok Focus) position at Yola Beauty?
What You’ll Do
This is not a “watch and learn” internship - you’ll be creating, testing, and learning in real time.
You will:
- Create TikTok and Instagram Reels content
- Identify emerging trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content
- Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and community management
- Support content shoots, product launches, and creator events
- Analyze performance and generate insights (what works, what doesn’t, and why)
You’ll also gain exposure to how content directly impacts:
- Brand growth
- Consumer engagement
- Real sales and retail performance
Who This Is For

Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, especially social media
- Previous experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Bonus Points If You
- Run your own TikTok account
- Have experience with CapCut or other video editing tools
- Follow K-beauty or Asian beauty trends
