About the Role
As an Operations Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day execution that keeps our e-commerce business running smoothly. From product listings to launches, inventory updates to site experience - you’ll be directly involved in how products appear online, how customers interact with them, and how operations scale behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Upload and manage product listings (SKUs, pricing, images, descriptions)
- Maintain accurate inventory by coordinating with the warehouse team
- Organize and optimize product pages for a clean, consistent user experience
- Support product launches, bundles, and promotional setups
- Configure site promotions (e.g., discount codes, coupons, campaign tools)
- Monitor orders and assist in resolving backend operational issues
- Track product and site performance (what’s working, what’s not)
- Identify and fix small errors that impact customer experience
- Assist with CRM tools, automated emails, and chatbot setup to improve user experience

Qualifications
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, operations, or digital marketing
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in beauty, retail, or merchandising
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
