Ecommerce Operations Analyst Category : IT Employment type : Direct Hire Reference : BH-392950 Ecommerce Operations Analyst Direct Hire Tyler, TX (Onsite) Responsibilities Support daily ecommerce platform operations and ongoing enhancements Manage product data, pricing, promotions, and content updates within ecommerce systems Monitor platform functionality and partner with technology teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues Support website rollouts, testing, and feature validation Maintain and manage product data feeds, imports/exports, and integrations Assist with omnichannel initiatives including fulfillment and customer experience programs Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports Help document workflows and support process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer service, logistics, and digital teams Requirements Hands-on ecommerce operations experience (3+ years preferred) Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar) Familiarity with XML and structured data files for product feeds and integrations Experience supporting promotions, content updates, and page builds Strong understanding of ecommerce website functionality and releases Comfortable working closely with technical teams on integrations and enhancements Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, BI tools, etc.) Ecommerce platforms and CMS tools Product data feeds and integrations Promotion and merchandising tools Digital asset and product information workflows Retail or consumer products industry experience Exposure to omnichannel operations or fulfillment programs Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Independent self-starter who takes initiative Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness Comfortable balancing technical and business responsibilities Estimated Min Rate: $60000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $68000.00 What’s In It for You?
