Ceremony of Roses (CoR), Sony Music Entertainment’s merchandising division, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Licensing Coordinator to support the Artists Licensed Merchandise program. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in music, merchandising, and brand partnerships to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise business development team
• Assist with the product development process for artist merchandise, including coordinating communications, maintaining trackers, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Track and compile artist activity to support sales messaging and partnership recaps
• Develop monthly recap materials for licensing launches and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in music, merchandising, or brand partnerships is a plus

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP through May 11, 2026, with potential for extension
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (must be available during PST business hours)
• Location: Fully remote
• Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour

 

Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
