Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience supporting end-user hardware
- Proficient in device provisioning and deployment
- Asset management and tracking expertise
- Experience with ServiceNow for asset and incident management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to support AV equipment (Tier 1 support)
- AV equipment support experience
- Tier 1 technical support background
- Previous experience supporting end-user hardware and workplace technology environments
- Capacity to manage approximately 15–20 incidents per day
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
- On-site support environment
- Ability to support onboarding for new hires
