YOMO Associate

Yogurt Mountain is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-oriented Team Member to provide excellent service and help create a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Team Members assist customers, maintain product quality, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with self-serve yogurt, toppings, and product questions.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, yogurt machines, topping bar, and restrooms.
• Restock yogurt flavors, toppings, cups, spoons, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Prepare the store for opening and assist with closing duties.
• Monitor product quality and notify management when supplies or products need replenishing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and organizational tasks throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
