Job Title: O365/Windows Admin Lead

Position Summary:
The O365/Windows Admin Lead will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Virtualization, Windows & Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Windows servers, Active Directory, and related infrastructure components to ensure high availability, security, and performance. The SME will also provide guidance and mentorship to the IT operations team and lead strategic initiatives related to Windows and virtualization technologies, including Nutanix.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
- 8 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure management.
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and Windows security.
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix virtualization platforms (AHV, Prism, Acropolis), including deployment, configuration, and management.
- Experience with other virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and integration with Windows environments.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) preferred.
